OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY:

Use of personal information by Banded Moon Arts and Media, LLC submitted through this Web site is governed by the our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy only applies to online data collection and does not apply to information we have collected either off-line or through other means.

Our products and services are not intended for use by children under the age  of 18, and the Terms and Conditions governing the use of our Web site require that you must be at least 18  years old to use the Web site. We never collect or maintain information on the Web site from those under the age of 18. If we obtain actual  knowledge that we have collected information about a child under the age  of 18, that information will be immediately deleted from our records.


WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

We use e-mail and direct mail to communicate with our clients about our latest products, services, sales, upcoming events, and other important information. By contacting us, ordering from us, or signing up (subscribing) with us, we will use your contact information to send you  e-mails and or other promotional notices, and to respond to requests for information or assistance from you.

Previously scheduled mailings, including e-mails, may continue for up to 30 days until mailings/e-mails already in process are completed. Please note, by unsubscribing, you will continue to receive e-mail and/or direct mail regarding any business you have with us, classes you have inquired about or scheduled with us, orders you have placed with us, and correspondence regarding any transactions pertaining to your orders.


Persons who furnish us with their telephone number may be contacted by us via telephone regarding orders they have placed with us or for advertising or solicitation purposes. Both PayPal and Banded Moon Arts and Media, LLC use industry-standard encryption technology to keep your data secure. We also maintain physical and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Our Web site is protected with a secure SSL Certificate. Banking and credit/debit card information you provide to PayPal is protected to ensure encryption on all of your transactions with industry-standard e-commerce technology. We do not receive or store your financial information in our system when you place an order on our Web site. By voluntarily using PayPal to process your payments, you agree to PayPal's Privacy and Security policies, including their Terms and Conditions.


We endeavor to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private, however, we cannot guarantee the security of user account information.
