NOTE: Due to COVID-19, and the very close proximity in which training on equipment must be performed, we are not offering any classes until further notice.

Banded Moon Arts & Media, LLC offers educational courses pertaining to various aspects of recording, broadcast audio engineering, and music performance. Beginning and advanced classes are available. Classes vary depending on level of interest. If you wish to take a class on one of our subjects, or on a subject not shown, please let us know.

We discuss various types of microphones, the different applications for each type of microphone, the do's and don'ts of handling each microphone, and coaching on how to properly use a microphone to get the best outcome.

This class is geared specifically toward on-air talent, presenters, and public speakers and covers the most common type of microphones used by that audience.
